The hose is ok, the retract mechanism is rather aggressive, so you need to be cautious. The nossel as shown in the image is not included so you have to buy the spout/attachment separately. The fasteners (included) are solid, good quality.

packing was not proper
When I opened the unit box, I found a lot of dust and dirt on top of the unit, which gave me the feeling that the unit had been kept outside for a long time before careless packing. As of now, the unit is working well. 25 meters is not mentioned in the unit.
